my first ranked set. my difficulties are pretty bad, but it's worth seeing how i start. i wanted to map weird stuff, and i had an earthbound phase around this point

i found this song through etterna. it did go through a remap, with the original difficulty being ~6.6*. it exploded pretty quickly in popularity to my surprise, i guess thanks to song buff

Black Eyed Peas - Boom Boom Pow

i was starting to develop some sort of geometric alt style, and the early stages of it can be seen in this map. people in general seem to like this one way more than i do, probably because i am blinded by it's flaws

this is a good one. it marks the beginning of my obsession with improvisation + progressive difficulty building. it's a development on the boom boom pow style as well

continuing with my improv + progression obsession, i decided to spearhead a precision set! i'm still pretty pleased with the top difficulty of this, though people seem to have a better impression from the extra, which i mapped as filler

i stripped back to learning fundamentals because i wanted to become more conscentious with movement. whilst this map doesn't show anything special or unique, it still marks as a reset moment for myself
