This is like using a bg of Michael Jackson on a Taylor Swift song. Kinda cool that the mapper donated to wood thrush conservation, even if that also isn't a thrush nightingale.

Original Love - WALL FLOWER [danaus plexippus]
Animal used in bg: Swallowtail (Papilioninae subfamily. I presume it's in the Papilio genus. This photo was taken in Vietnam seemingly, and I'm not very knowledgable on butterflies beyond my jurisdiction.)
I think this map is cool but there are a few things a bit erroneous about it.
As per the description: "WALL FLOWER is a map themed after, well, the butterfly! (otherwise known as danaus plexippus)" Danaus plexippus is the latin name for the Monarch butterfly in particular, while Papilionoidea is the superfamily referring to all butterflies. Seems like the map itself was themed around butterflies as a whole, in which the bg makes total sense here, but the use of the Monarch's scientific name makes it feel a Little Bit More Silly.

Animal used in bg: European Honey Bee (Apis mellifera)
Mentioning this diff in particular because it clearly follows the bee idea (other diffs just use anime girl, and if I mentioned all the anime girl backgrounds on animal themed songs or maps, then this list would suck). Presumably the diff is also themed around honeycombs, which is also more characteristic of honey bees rather than bumblebees. Appreciate the concept and bee background, but wrong type of bee unfortunately.
Also, protect native bee species! So much focus goes towards honey bees, even in places where they aren't native, while wild, native bee species are quite frequently overlooked.
