so many of cheri's maps are so genuinely awful yet have such vehement defenders that rate them like they're some of the most innovative and fun maps in the game

I don't mean this in a harmful or personal way but the design is messy and the concepts are poorly introduced or otherwise done in such a hamfisted way that I've legitimately never gotten why anyone without legitimate meta boredom brainrot would enjoy these and even those who are in this latent phase of "everything that's different is good" would not be able to enjoy aside from an extremely surface-level "wow that's such a shock from the usual" way

again everyone is entitled to their opinion but it's just extremely shocking to see because by all accounts even in this same ecosystem there are honestly much better mappers that just didnt make as many maps (both uc and bashe feel miles better from the maps of theirs i have seen)

I think everyone other than the aforementioned group would agree with you here, but maybe they find the appeal in the haphazardness of the design.

idk i really like how this maps plays it fits tight with the song imo

(not saying you can't play it but there's a big reason why the leaderboard is dead and the whole squad dies at 800 combo)
