as ive gotten older and got more mature, i think i finally came to understand the core of "movement mapping" in that there's like ways to make movement feel like you're playing the map while also maintaining clean visuals and not making it play like ass

like i remember the like "hitsound the map" vs "hitsound the song" camp and i always thought that like your map should be mapped to the song? which i think is related to 2018/19 "movement mapping"
