i read 2 biographies of marcel duchamp in 2019 and here is the result.

i like how duchamp had fucked up the whole concept of contemporary art in the early wild years of 20th century. in this mapping case, however, it is actually so cringe to say things like 'wow i got the idea of readymade objects and i thought it could be used in osu mapping as well!’. anyway, i chose two imporatant maps to me, which means i had played them a lot, and they had a good impact to my perspective of mapping. ‘readymade’ got me because i could create the similar but different gameplay experience by creating a dialogue to a ten-year-old map. hence, the feeling i got in ten years ago would simply be inherited to the next generation of players. this was the reason i decided to rank it.

yeah i later realized this was broken as fuck. why don’t you play the old map yourself?
this became a failure of kitsch at this point.
