i basically followed the song to the tee on the kiai (in my mind at least) except the outro part cuz haha tourney maps shouldn't have free combo and most if not all of the difficulty stems from the constant strain paired with the map being bs to read
i understand the distaste i made this fully knowing it would be a polarizing concept to begin with, i didn't have "haha skill test over following the song" in mind though. don't really get the rhythm choice complaint (for top diff at least) tho
for extra i just bruted it through in like a day cuz i couldn't find anyone who wants to GD and any sense of enjoyement from it likely simply stems from it being more playable

The last quarter of the extra diff is the most extreme example of this, rhythm breaks and tricky patterning that basically come out of nowhere IMO
The rhythms are consistently the opposite of what I'd expect, like skillset testing took priority over song representation which I'm never a fan of

this is mapped in a way that makes me think the mapper wanted a different song
