I like this idea - probably state that its for bursts that are fast relative to the rest of the map, as opposed to using 1/4 as a guideline. You can probably also shortlink bursts

I may need some help with the wording, so hold for now
I want to be specific about these types of bursts. Because most of the time they appear as a diffspike, which makes them really stand out.
