Wouldn't be 100% against it, but I think it falls in the same boat my rejected spotlights descriptor is in (A map being bundled doesn't really give context on how a map was made and why a map was made the way it is.), and this info might be better fitted on a list (in which "always bundled", random selected, and the former bundled maps like liquid and renatus can be specified as well) as opposed to being a descriptor.
Seems like a pretty natural descriptor. I THINK this file https://github.com/ppy/osu/blob/master/osu.Game/Beatmaps/Drawables/BundledBeatmapDownloader.cs#L27 lists the 20 "always bundled" + the randomly selected additional pool (though I'm not sure whether it applies to both lazer and stable I need someone to fact check me on that).
