now for the FELT songs: i give them a 5 cuz i find a lot of value on these maps, they are the reason i love this game and doesn't matter if they are good or bad maps, and imo i can give them a 5 star rating cuz they are more valuable than other maps for me personally.

i really don't get how someone that advocates for "emotional mapping" and shit can't get that someone might enjoy a map just because of the song

i'm really tired of trying to take things seriously, then having people make fun of me for that, then getting told to take it less seriously, its literally exhausting and impossible for me to keep up with what people want me to do here.

i'm giving my own earnest ratings and speaking my truth, and if you don't like that you should probably learn to ignore it! the same way you all think hifu should have to ignore people saying things like "nah i think i'd rather play akali for the rest of my life"

i think, unless your name is apollo or luscent, it is not your duty nor your right to police how any one person rates stuff on this site. rating abuse has happened on here before, and it *is* a real concern, but one guy rating just off the song alone is, at worst, misguided, and not really harmful to anyone. i don't think it warrants telling them "you do not belong here"

why does the "community rating" matter. if discussions about mapping are what you want then go to a map and start a discussion. no one stands to gain anything by pushing opinions you percieve as "invalid" as a reason for someone to get kicked off the site
