Hmm, true. I think as it is right now the map is in this weird state where it's not going fully into either side of visuals (messy or clean), which causes it to not appear polished from my perspective.

I have decided to use comments on this site to provide some context to my maps and give a small retrospective on them.

I initially created this map in an act of spite and hatred, directed namely at my ex and people hating on the artist. I was feeling really bad about myself back then, and I just had to do anything to get my mind off things. Over time, this grew into something bigger and I decided to try pushing it as my first ranked map.

While it was a big milestone, looking back at it I really dislike the map. I completely threw out my understanding of visuals during the mapping process, which I think detracts from the whole experience. It could have been so much more had I actually cared more. But I didn't, and THAT is my problem with this map.
