Used to be one of my favorite maps from back in the day, but then I went back to full mod it and I realized that every triple feels like ass and I never want to play it again.
The interesting thing about this map is that I found a lot of newer players really enjoy playing it. I think despite it being bad, the mid size jumps, low amount of sliders, no patterns that require alternating, and low bpm just hit the kind of map new players (with low expectation for their acc) want to play. I think the mapper, with his super limited game experience, just made a map he himself would enjoy
The 2nd set of squares on fanzhen diff (around 1:50) feel so cursed, each square under-rotates which makes snapping them feel awkward, they feel like they start horizontal, and they're counter clockwise, it's literally the recipe for the worst feeling squares I swear (or I'm just trash)
I like it in the 2007 jank kinda way; I remember thinking this was one of the better ones back when I played through the 2007 maps and I still think so
It grew on me a little, but I do prefer if maps are more fair towards sightreading lol
Also it feels like the first stack should (intuitively) be [ooooo o o ooo] not [ooooooo o ooo]
Fun but awkward
Didn't even notice the OD was higher than the AR while playing
Normal has long sliders and no ticks, it was a fun map to go nuts cursordancing on
Very fun, just wish the AR was a bit less
I was half joking, but the AR9 270bpm on Lesjuh's diff does make me choose the happy30 over it even if I prefer Lesjuh's mapping
Not as fun with nerfed spinner difficulty 😔
Love the song and I have fond memories of _index playing it, but it's definitely not a map I would choose to play for fun
I can't rate or critique this map fairly because everytime I play it I black out into a trance until its over

Me neither but I'm not a mapper
I wish this was finished, it was coming out so good

Plays like an old graveyarded map that was never finished but had potential
AR too low I fell asleep before the approach circle closed
Best BGs in the game
You should make a map similar to this again

Extra diff's speed difficulty feels too forced to feel like an old map, especially with the OD>AR, even though the jumps fit
Only set of this song that has maps that are intense and fun to DT, they're generally either hell or just finger control hell with DT

A bit jank but DJPop enjoyers would still like it; you can't convince me you're able to read those stacks on first try though
One of the few times I prefer the AR10 version
I'm generally not crazy about alt maps but idk I was feelin it
The nostalgia and ztrot homage win me over a bit
