Tournaments

Tournaments are organized competitions for osu! players. The most popular tournament series is osu! World Cup, organized officially by the osu!team. OMDB stores tournament information as a way of linking maps to tournaments, and providing context for tournament custom maps.

• Apply "is custom" only to maps that were made specifically for that tournament.
• Prioritise ranked difficulties. Maps that eventually become ranked on a different set should be used.
• Use original difficulties in place of edits. This allows the original difficulty to show every tournament it was in.
• Use reuploads if the original difficulty is missing wherever possible. If there are multiple available, choose the one that has the greatest engagement on osu! (play count, favourites)
