in order to combat off topic discussion on maps, as well as to have a second attempt at having a shared space for mapping community discussion (away from discord groups and twitter), the OMDB forums are back up. i've made a slight change which should hopefully make this far more usable for people, which is that forum posts now feed into the front page. so now everyone can see your forum posts. and also yea that means i'm probably going to start killing absolute random comments on random map if it's completely unrelated. sorry to be the FUN POLICE!!

the forums are still kinda wonky and they still use the same initial design from a few years back, so I hope that in time I can improve them into something more appealing to the eyes.

if there's any improvements or suggestions that anyone has feel free to lmk and i'll probably do it
