genuinely the only good version of this song, the only thing i have complaints about is that the intro and the one stream before the third kiai is quite bad bc its overdone as shit. those parts just are not good to play i think. but the rest is very very fun and i really enjoy it compared to the other variants of this song

i thought it was just nostalgia that affected my opinion on this but goddd damn there is just so much attention to detail in spite of the map's kinda simple look and feel (and in general, cryo is a master at subtleties, things that work but without analysis can just completely pass by without acknowledgement). i could genuinely talk about every instance of these small things for a long time but genuinely yeah this map is an example of pattern-level details being just as interesting and impactful as grander or more conceptual undertakings
