ZUN - Touhou 7 Nonstop Medley by Luscent

the touhou experience was... not that great to be honest. i played it with HD and 50% bg dim cuz i had watched the map in editor and rly liked the storyboard, but i actually believe that made the gameplay experience worse. i got quite distracted by it, missing a bunch of notes due to not noticing they had even appeared (also misaiming sliders on sliderends thanks to the skin). there were some cool moments in the map, but far too few for a 20-minute marathon, so i ended up just thinking of it as tapping practice instead of caring about the map in itself. it really sucks cuz i was playing this so i could vote it in my top 10 for 2023 but i don't feel like doing it anymore, since it'd be for the storyboard and not the map, and at that point i'm just voting for it because it's touhou, not because it's osu!. sorry, i respect the work that went into this though. for anyone else wanting to play with the storyboard on, i suggest bg dim 80-90%, and to add an invisible sliderend if you want to play with the skin. if you actually want to experience the storyboard you should just watch it with the cinema/auto mod or in the editor.
