its ok. . . . its structure is fine and for its time it was Wacky but it just lacks in catharsis nd tries 2 hard to b logical i think .

04:44:376 - i think one of my favorite things about this map is how the rhythm in this section calls back to the vocal samples in this section 01:43:671

the kiai parts are shit but overall okay

not quite the goat but its a necessary map

thought i put my thoughts on this but guess not

while this map is pretty neat from a mapping standpoint, from a playing standpoint this is just...not it at all

the first 800 combo is pretty much free, then the map turns into a complete garbage heap for a solid minute that is not fun to play in the slightest -- disregarding the stupid cross-screen triples, everything just flows like shit in this part

afterwards it's another free combo section which leads into the actual fun part of the map -- the entire ending is very fun to play, and the fast sliders in particular feel super satisfying to hit properly

but i genuinely can't give this above like a 2, because to get to that ending you have to play through one of the worst flowing maps i've ever played

this map is still so cool. it introduced many fresh ideas in one complete package that hasn't dated a single bit. not just that, but unlike a lot of tech maps, this map actually feels like the mapper cared about gameplay experience that represents the music. i wish more people took note from that part of this map.

@-gn @mismagius after uploading this, rrtyui played it and got like 97-98% multiple runs. used to be a video but it was obv exciting to spectate rrtyui back then since he had basically quit playing the game and was shredding

just remembered this exists and its WAY better than i remember

any rating below a 4 is criminal
