it's just too safe for all of the concepts it attempts so it ends up just kinda failing to interest me on all of them

idkkkkkkk if it was going for the expressive sv angle it should have gone harder with the wackiness if it was going for the improv rhythm angle it should have done wayyy more interesting things if it was going for the symbolism angle it should ahve leaned more into it

I like the colorhax + gameplay even tho its a little bit jarring for some, plus this is better than a lot of sotarks' works imo

@enryotoki That's the thing though, for me a map doesn't have to be "interesting" to be a decent map. If it offers an enjoyable gameplay experience while following the song then that's enough imo.
This map is fairly similar to his other stuff flow-wise which is fine but it's just more neatly designed, especially visually.
Most of this is subjective but I noted your comment specifically because the "funny slidershapes" are a strawman.
