very ambitious map for its time. it pioneered a sort of tech mapping style that took a lot of aim control to play. it might have ruined tech maps forever, much respect for that. hanzer was a madman.

While i recognize this map's importance for the way mapping shaped into what it is now, it didn't age well, no idea to why it's rated so high

good map that keeps everything fresh, hanzer really got the hades in the heaven gimmick and made a fun long-form version of it

maybe charles445 was right all along we are simply not hanzer, he just does his shit so properly
jokes aside, while i still believe Lan wings' Hades in the Heaven is what people think this map is, this map is still really good and deserves all the praise it gets. you can tell HanzeR really applied all the things he did with a lot of care, and even dares to add his own twist here and there. it's still aging beautifully, and i believe it will continue to.

@knightc0re you are right it IS very funny because of that, but this omdb page in particular holds a special place for me, because it hosts my first ever comment on this place, and because everytime I type in OMDB on my browser, this page comes out, and as an effect I always enter the site through here all this time.

the fuckass 1/8 slider streams make me livid but the rest of the map is fun

this map just kinda feels like a mashup of ideas from good mapper(s) at the time playing this now which i think is kinda funny but the base structure at times differs too greatly in sections across this map for me and kinda makes it feel too much like "only a mashup"

though the doubles are still fun as always
