when i played this i thought it was a modern mapper trying to emulate an old style. turns out it actually is an old map and therefore it's kinda ahead of its time. or something. feels that way.
sun and moon is horrid it doesn't feel like your own story, it feels like you're vicariously playing through hau and lillie's story in some weird second person thing. the mc doesn't exist in sun and moon. and ride pokemon are shit. and theres nothing to explore. no dungeons. fuck sun and moon and fuck you radar
i agree that love fighter and bride in dream are both better than this but there's some poetry in "cross time" feeling like a map made by a time traveller. anyway it's still great
The chorus has been stuck in my head for the better part of a decade. I like Awaken's mapping style but I think the original second gonkanau diff was better. Anyway you kinda had to be there for this map.
