i personally would not take the opinions of any group of random people that shouldn't matter or have any meaningful input as it pertains to your own intentions in a map too seriously especially not most of the people that use this site and when it comes to gauging your own progress with mapping i think what you feel about your stuff now vs. in the past matters the most. i can only rate this low because i'm a stupid pessimistic hater (this map doesn't really align with stuff that i find interesting in mapping) but the movement within this map does seem plenty meaningful when it comes to capturing the song which a lot of (normal) people do appreciate. but none of this really should matter because i don't see mapping from the same lens as you do and it would feel wrong for me to appraise this solely through my own viewpoint(s) towards what makes a map a map
i feel like there's always something missing from these few mappers' maps (kenters, ends, wanwan, etc) they r always structured so well reminiscent of the greater maps created by nold, skystar, etc but like the attention to patterning that the mappers of old had just doesn't feel completely there ? it's really interesting to me especially now with people showing aversion to maps that only deliver visuals without much substance in gameplay (big slider dumbshit of current era) , but to me maps like this feel the same (structurally sound but sort of lacking in other aspects in comparison to other more renowned and better executed maps)
