Old Thing Good New Thing Bad. idk its just mostly pog arles generic mapping with a song playing in the background. the jump part that Chef hates is my favorite part
i want to like these - imo the top two difficulties both start really strong ([thaumaturgist] explores some wide-angle jumps, [occultist] has a "zan'ei but more spacing" thing going on that i really like the feeling of) but it quickly starts feeling like the mapper ran out of ideas and put filler in the rest
re "accessibility" i think a lot about how this map uses accessible patterning but in a way that still says interesting things. you could uncharitably say it has "1-2 jumps" or "pp deathstreams", but the jumps fit together to form larger concepts, and the streams have lots of contrast in their shape and velocity .idunno
i know this is a random throwaway pp map, but it lives in my head rent-free because i didnt know reverse sliders could feel this *patronizing* to play. this map thinks you're too stupid to hit any active rhythm on a blue tick
even numbered streams, streams that start on a blue tick, cheri's trademark awkward jumps out of streams Mmmmhmmm YEAHHHHHAHH yeah Lets Go i want it all
i remember on my sight read i was enamored with the "heavy" feeling that the patterns have, idk, with the sliders extended through all gaps in the rhythm. it never lets up on your left hand until a break in the music
corsace slider
this is one of those 5 minutes long maps that feels like its only 2 minutes long

still the best object limit map i think
akari's diff laps the other two unfortunately. using new combo placements to further develop a reading idea is crazy
boykisser division

this map tries to do a lot, and i think it works in the top diff but the collab is more aimless and noodly
yeah ill say it its underrated
society if this was tickrate 4
i remember when i was like 2 years old i left some shitty "mod" on the thread that was just whining about all the chorus sliders individually
looool sorry but i don't really get what people see in this map sometimes, it seems fairly generic/samey to me. it's kinda been growing on me tho

competently mapped i guess but kinda bland
timeless

you get 0 out of 5 for coming up with an honestly really funny difficulty name bit then not using it on the top diff
i love how fucking stupid this mapset is. every diff has some goofy ass pattern in it that makes me smile
copypaste mapping is pretty epic when you r copying a really good concept , in my imo
pretty generic, got kinda bored by the 371st create polygon circles jump honestly
funny medals
also its a fucking good spread

honest ly this is one of my favorite maps
honestly i dont really know why this gimmick was chosen but it kinda works
