THE READING ASPECT IS CUZ YOU NEED A LOT OF KNOWLEDGE TO BE A SURGEON (THAT'S ALSO WHAT HW MEANT IN THE DESC)
AND THE HP IS SO HIGH CUZ IF YOU DO 1 MISTAKE THE PATIENT DIE
OH YOU HAVE TO BE SUPER PRECISE ON YOUR TAPPING AND AIMING CUZ YOU NEED A LOT OF PRECISION IN AN OPERATION
Sliders only maps is extremely difficult to map compared to circle only maps, it's very restrictive to which song it can be mapped and HW done it just well
